Field Operations Coordinator

About the Role

As a Field Operations Coordinator at Precision MCS, you will provide operational support for the company's field inspection program — helping manage inspector travel logistics, equipment coordination, scheduling, and administrative workflows that support smooth, on-time inspection execution. This is a part-time role well-suited for someone with experience in field service coordination who wants to contribute to a safety-focused inspection company in a flexible capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for PMCS field inspection personnel
• Manage inspection equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and deployment
• Support scheduling coordination between the operations team and field inspectors
• Track field engagement status and communicate updates to the operations team
• Assist with administrative documentation for field inspection engagements
• Identify and resolve logistical issues that could affect inspection scheduling or execution

What We're Looking For

• Experience in field service coordination, operations support, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working independently in a remote support role
• Familiarity with industrial services, inspection, or technical field operations is a plus
