About the Role

As an Inspection Services Coordinator at Precision MCS, you will manage the operational workflows that support PMCS field inspection engagements — from initial client scheduling and pre-inspection preparation through on-site coordination and report delivery follow-up. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, field-service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inspection scheduling between clients and PMCS field inspection teams
  • Manage pre-inspection documentation requests and facility access requirements
  • Communicate with clients throughout the inspection process to keep them informed and supported
  • Track and follow up on inspection report delivery and audit support requests
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and client files
  • Support the operations team with logistics and administrative coordination for field engagements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a client-facing coordination or project support role
  • Ability to manage multiple active engagements simultaneously under time pressure
  • Comfort working with technical teams and industrial clients
  • Experience in inspection, industrial services, or a related technical field is a plus
